Chamber Awarded $250K Downtown Revitalization Grant

The Kenai Chamber of Commerce has been awarded a $250,000 Downtown Revitalization Grant from the state economic development fund. This funding will support storefront facade improvements, custom wayfinding signage in Old Town Kenai, and beautification projects including landscaping and decorative benches. Applications for local business grants will open next month, allowing Old Town merchants to apply for up to $10,000 in matching funds for exterior renovation projects.
